Looking for something specific?

What is Neptune?

Neptune is a rental service provider of pure drinking water coolers for the office. Our systems do not require regular delivery of water jugs. Our state-of-the-art equipment filters the customer’s city or well water perfectly!

How does it work?

The coolers are attached to any existing cold-water line in your office. This can be done without any permanent modifications to your fixtures and without shutting off the water to the building or office. Then the water is filtered using more advanced technology than even bottled water plants use, but on a smaller scale.

How does it taste?

It’s as good as water can get. Our filtration process ensures that no matter what water you start with, our machine will produce the highest-quality water possible. We guarantee you'll love the taste, and that it's the healthiest water you can drink.

Do you install in homes?

We only work with businesses and commercial clients at this time.

How much does it cost?

You'll pay one low, flat monthly rate that includes free installation, free repairs, free filter changes, and flexible terms. The cost depends on the number of water drinkers (water consumption), traffic, installation requirements, variety of other factors, though most of the time our rate is lower than a traditional bottle system. Please contact us today for a 7-day free trial, or call us to learn more about pricing.

Why is Neptune better than bottled?

There are several reasons, but the primary ones are cost, safety, health, sustainability issues, convenience, and equipment appearance and cleanliness. For the most part, bottled water is tap water bottled in a five-gallon jug, which leaches toxins into the water and becomes bacteria-ridden in your cooler. Moreover, the distribution system (trucks, drivers, bottling plants, bottles) makes it very expensive and inconvenient. You are not paying for the water. You are paying the distribution costs. In many cases, the bottling plants simply process tap water. Others truck in spring water which is bottled and then sent out for delivery. The driving involved is expensive, and the consumer is paying for it.

Why is Neptune better than other filtration companies?

Most filtration systems only use carbon filtration which does not do a sufficient job of filtering the contaminants out of your water. Neptune prides itself on using only the very highest standard of water filtration and producing only the highest quality machines. Our 5 stage Reverse Osmosis system is superior to any system on the market, and you get that all with the lowest monthly costs, no hidden fees and great attention to detail and customer service. Neptune does not charge for filter changes, installation, upkeep or service. We are able to maintain the lowest prices in the industry through the volume of units that we manufacture. There is no other company that can provide the quality to cost to service ratio of Neptune. With any of our competition, you are likely to get inferior, unaesthetic filtration units and filters, hidden costs, and poor customer service.

What if I don't have a water source near where I want my water cooler to go?

Nearly every building has a water source close enough for our water coolers. We can install our coolers if there's a source within 1000 feet of the desired location. To learn more about the installation process click here.

Will I be allowed to install a bottleless water cooler in my office, routing the water supply in my building?

Our installation process is simpler than installing cabling for your computers and is usually completed in just one hour. Once your landlord or facilities manager sees how simple it is, you won't have any trouble getting their permission. They will prefer it over delivery trucks in your parking area and heavy water jugs taking up your office space.

What happens if my company grows or moves?

If you grow, it's always easy to add more units. If you move, we'll be happy to move your unit to the new location.

Why should I consider Neptune?

The quality of the water is better than bottled water or tap. Our systems are more sanitary because they use UV light to disinfect the tanks hourly. Also, the systems remain sealed. Because we eliminate bottle changes, at no time is the reservoir integrity compromised by being exposed to outside air or dirty hands. Most importantly, though, is that we put the water through the highest level of filtration on earth right inside your machine! Convenience and Safety: there are no hassles, no heavy bottles to lift, and you’ll never run out of water. Price: The bill remains fixed throughout the rental period (no bottle deposits or fuel surcharges to reconcile), which makes budgeting a snap. With our system there are absolutely no hidden costs!

What are the environmental impacts?

Minimal. Neptune is the most environmentally friendly solution to pure water. There is virtually no waste with our systems. Single-serve bottles add tons of material to the waste stream, and contrary to popular belief, this material cannot be used again for bottled water or food products. Furthermore, we don’t deliver our systems with large commercial diesel trucks. By having a Neptune water cooler, you can do your part to help the environment by reducing the number of diesel truck deliveries and non-biodegradable plastic in our landfills.

Can you hook up our coffee machine to the water?

Yes. Want better tasting coffee? In most cases we can easily hook up your coffee machine to our filter free of charge.

Is purified water beneficial for my health?

The water and air of today's world is filled with various chemicals and minerals that can potentially be toxic for your body. Our bodies are comprised of 72% percent water. When taking a look at the functions of our blood, brain and central nervous system, we find that it is contaminated water that leads to negative effects in our health. When chemicals and toxic minerals are allowed to enter the body, they can slow or even stop the processes of the brain and heart, dramatically affecting the body's ability to function correctly. Experts now believe that it may be these very toxins in our body creating distortions throughout our nervous system that may be the roots of disorders like Attention Deficit Disorder, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, anxiety and depression. Considering the vital role that water plays in our brain and nervous system, water quality is the most basic and essential key to a healthful life and longevity.

Why should I switch from bottled water to a Neptune purification system?

While many producers of bottled water would have you believe that their product comes from the most pristine, natural sources, the truth is that at least one quarter of all bottled water comes straight from the tap. These findings come from a four-year study of 103 brands of bottled water, conducted by the Natural Resources Defense Council. The study further uncovers that the FDA (Federal Drug Administration) has failed to meet the regulations set by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) for tap water. Moreover, the FDA guidelines that are in place do not apply to water that is bottled and sold within the same state, further hindering the chances of safe and potable drinking water. By using a Neptune purification system, you are guaranteed your water will be 99.9% purified.

Don't you need minerals in your drinking water?

The minerals found in drinking water, or otherwise added to drinking water are known as inorganic. Those minerals found in fruits, vegetables, meats and dairy products are known as organic. The body can only absorb vital minerals from these organic sources. Roughly 1% of the minerals present in drinking water can be described as organic or absorbable minerals. The American Medical Journal states, "The body's need for minerals is met from foods, not from drinking water."

What types of water contaminants does Reverse Osmosis remove from my water?

The most common water contaminants are those that are found in natural deposits. Much of the water we drink, whether it is tap or bottled, originated underground. Although the idea of natural deposits doesn't sound so bad, the consumer does not realize that many of these deposits are formed from man-made sources, such as pesticides, cement, sewage, batteries, industrial waste, etc. These varying substances can include, and are not limited to Arsenic, Asbestos, Bacteria/Coli form, Cadmium, Chromium, E. Coli, Guardia, Nitrates, Radium and Radon, many of which are proven cancer causing contaminants. The most important thing to realize is that the absolute most effective way to rid your water of these deadly substances is through Neptune's high grade Reverse Osmosis purification process.

How often does the filter need to be changed? How much will it cost?

Our filters need to be inspected/changed every 18-24 months based on the water quality in your specific area. But, there is no need to worry, because our service specialists will come by your location and take care of all necessary maintenance and filter changes with little to no disruption to your facility. Most of the time, our customers don't even know they were there. Our trained staff keeps track of all our purification systems and their timelines for maintenance and filter changes. As part of Neptune's superior customer care and value, there is no charge for regular maintenance and filter changes!

What is Reverse Osmosis?

Reverse Osmosis is the reversal of the natural flow of osmosis. In a water purification system, the goal is not to dilute the salt solution, but to separate the pure water from the salt and other contaminants. When the natural osmotic flow is reversed, water from the salt solution is forced through the membrane in the opposite direction by application of pressure, thus creating the term Reverse Osmosis. Through this process, we are able to produce pure water by screening out the salts and other contaminants. Proven Method of Purification The membrane consists of several thin layers or sheets of film that are bonded together and rolled in a spiral configuration around a plastic tube. This is also known as a thin film composite or TFC membrane. The material of the membrane is semi-permeable; it allows water molecules to pass through while acting as a barrier to dissolved solids (i.e. minerals and chemical contaminants). The pores of the membrane are too small for the contaminants in water to pass through them. A high-quality membrane is a much better strainer than a simple filter which attaches to your faucet or sits upon your counter- top.

Is Neptune Water Solutions ADA compliant?

Yes. In all situations that require/allow ADA compliance we always are.
